Application / ERP Developer (2 Positions)

Key Responsibilities
• Develop, customize, and support ERP systems (ERPNext/Frappe, AX integrations, or equivalent platforms)
• Build and maintain system integrations (APIs, data sync, third-party services)
• Automate internal business processes across finance, procurement, sales, inventory, and reporting
• Support and stabilize existing legacy systems (including AX 2012) during modernization
• Design internal tools and utilities to improve operational efficiency
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application and data-related issues
• Collaborate with users to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Maintain clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and performance improvements

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years hands-on experience in application or ERP development
• Strong backend development skills (PHP, Python, JavaScript, or similar) – Proven work in Python will be critical
• Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MS SQL)
• Experience building or consuming APIs (REST/JSON)
• Familiarity with ERP systems (ERPNext/Frappe, Odoo, Dynamics AX, or similar)
• Understanding of business processes: finance, inventory, procurement, sales
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of systems Desirable Skills (Advantage)

QA & Systems Documentation Officer (1 Positions)

Role Purpose
To improve system reliability, usability, and governance through structured testing, clear documentation, and disciplined change control.
This role ensures that systems are tested, documented, and stable, reducing operational risk and support incidents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute test plans for applications, ERP customizations, and integrations
  • Perform functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Identify, log, track, and verify resolution of defects
  • Create and maintain system documentation, including: User manuals and SOPs, Process flows and business rules and Technical and functional documentation
  • Support change management and release coordination
  • Ensure documentation is kept up to date with system changes
  • Work closely with developers, ICT, and business users to validate requirements
  • Support audits, compliance reviews, and knowledge transfer

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business IT, or related field
  • 2+ years experience in software testing, QA, or systems documentation
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Experience writing clear, structured documentation
  • Ability to understand business processes and system workflows
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Desirable Skills (Advantage)

  • Experience testing ERP systems or business applications
  • Familiarity with test management or issue tracking tools
  • Experience documenting finance, procurement, or operational systems
